What we are

Woodland House Painters is a referral directory. We do not perform painting, prep, staining, or any field work, and we are not a party to any agreement you enter into with a contractor. We connect homeowners with independent, CSLB-licensed painting contractors (license class C-33). The matched contractor is solely responsible for the work, including licensing, insurance, scheduling, pricing, workmanship, and warranty. They are the contractor of record on every job.

No guarantee

We make reasonable efforts to confirm that contractors in our network hold an active license and insurance, but we do not guarantee any contractor's work, conduct, or results. You are responsible for verifying credentials (you'll receive the license number to check with the CSLB) and for your own agreement with the contractor.

How we're compensated

Contractors compensate us for verified homeowner introductions, consistent with FTC §255 endorsement guidelines. This is at no cost to you and does not change the price you're quoted.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Woodland House Painters is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or from any work performed by a matched contractor. Your remedy for any dispute about the work is with the contractor.
